How do you get a publisher to look at your book?
I would love to become a published author (think fiction novels), but I do not know what is the right way to get a company to look at my work without hiring an agent. Is the key in your cover letter? If so, how do you write one? Thanks!

Is it hard to find a job as a German Interpreter?
I would love to major in German in college, but I am not sure if that is a good language to study. Most European countries now study English as a second language , so I don't know how in demand German skills will be!! #german #foreign-languages #travel
Should I take extra classes that don't relate to my intended major?
One of the hardest things about deciding the majors I want to follow was figuring out the coursework involved in each of them. I don't want them to bore me, but at the same time, I need to take specific classes for the major that may not be interesting. Most colleges offer unique classes that...
Should I stay in college longer than a planned 4 year path to gurantee getting both of my desired majors?
I don't know the specific college that I want to attend, but for each of my top three choices I want to do a dual major in a business area and science area. The only problem: there is no overlap for possible courses (besides some basic math). I don't know whether or not to drop one of the...
What advice would you give to someone hoping to enter the creative writing field?
All of my friends refer to me as very creative and I do like to write poems and short stories. Thus, I chose creative writing as a major. I would be fine with any sort of career that involved creating writing. I'm open to any advice at all. #creative-writing
What are some of the most efficient methods of studying a topic?
I'm only use to taking good notes, reading my textbook, highlighting and relighting my notes, and trying my best to be healthy prior to the test. I want to know what methods other people subscribe too that may give them better results than what I get. #studying-tips
Is there a career combining videography and missionary work?
I am interested in videography, as well as spreading the Good News of Christ, and was wondering if there was a career or opportunity to do both. #missionary-work #videography #video-production
Is going into Film Production at a 4-year university worth it?
I will complete a two year film program after I graduate high school and will be Adobe certified. Is it worth going to college in this field when I already have a certification? #video-production
How do I get an Idea of what I want to proceed with as a future career?
I'm just a bit conflicted with myself on deciding what to proceed into after High School. I am a senior and the clock is somewhat ticking. I most definitely want to go to college, but what path do I take there and what college is best to go to? #confused #futurecareer #college-bound #opinions
