First, you can to apply to schools that have majors that fit your interests. What are you passionate about? What skills do you excel in? Then think about what you need from that institution. There is alot to consider when choosing a school (In or Out of State, 4 year University or community college, etc). Take your time in findin a place that best fits your needs and career goals. Schedule a tour or talk to the heads of the departments for more insight. When you get accepted (woohoo), apply for some financial aid and grants. These go a long way! There are state and federal grants that you can apply to. Also, some institutions have their own private scholarships to help. Once you have these things done, you can be enrolled and start going to classes. Keep in mind, classes go by a credit system so a 4 year program might take longer if you don't keep to a certain schedule per semester.

Thank you for your question. You can earn a degree in the college. Firstly, you have to identify the career you have interest.
Below are my suggestions:
1. Think about what you have interest, eg your hobbies, favourite subjects, etc and identify the related careers
Eg if you have interest in maths, would you like to an accountant, engineer, banker, financial analyst, maths teacher, etc
If you like music, would you like to be a musician, singer, musical artist, music composer, music producer, etc
2. Find out more on these careers and determine what you have interest
3. Speak to someone who are working in these careers. Seek guidance from your mentor, school counselor, your parents, etc
4. Shortlist 1-2 careers you would like to pursue
5. Explore the entry criteria of relevant subjects in colleges
