Hi, Jacob! I wouldn't worry too much about formal education right now. You can check out online resources like http://www.codecademy.com/ or https://hourofcode.com/us to start seeing what is involved. I assume you have access to a computer that you can mess around with. Learn all you can as your hobby now, and then worry about what major to take in college when that time is closer. In the mean time, you might try connecting to any local groups of kids your age who like to code, and if there aren't any, start one! Web development can be a very collaborative job, so why not belong to a group now so you can bounce ideas off of each other? This is a good way to learn and also teach others.
