Universities are willing to give students scholarships, especially incoming freshman female engineers. I was able to receive a scholarship from my high school, so check if they have opportunities for you before graduation that you can receive at least your freshman year. Reach out to financial aid of the university you choose to see potential ones you may be eligible for. As well as look up national and local STEAM scholarships from companies. If even you do not receive them, this is good networking and can be potential places you look for employment during and after college. Furthermore, join clubs in college - I was a member of WISE, SWE, and BMES. They will additionally have opportunities for scholarships, friendships, and networking for you to help you grow as an individual.
