Hi Ming,

I see your tags but you've included some pretty broad categories, so you might want to ask this again with some specific roles in mind.

That said, any commercial art role, whether it's designer, illustrator, copywriter, art director, or production artist, is going to have to deal with the pressures of deadlines, occasionally conflicting demands, and fussy clients.

I create motivation for myself by trying to create the best possible work I can within the restraints of the job or assignment. I'm also motivated to pay my bills and put food on the table!
