Go and talk to career services at your college! They can help you with job boards and making a resume/cover letter!

If you are interested in working in library sciences at a college try higheredjobs.com

Many library jobs are going to be through a city, or county government website. You will want to keep an eye on the job board of places you want to work. Sometimes you can set up notifications for when a job opens up.

Consider getting an internship that can help get your foot in the door for a job!

I hope this helps!
