How do you handle homework and recreational activities?
Whenever you are enrolled in an academically intensive major, you get assigned a lot of homework and reading assignments. My questions revolves around the idea of how exactly do you find the time for your personal engagements and do well in your courses without sacrificing all of your time to studying. What resources are there to help ease the study? #college #time management #recreation #tutoring # general #homework #school life #university

This is a great question! As a person who loves extracurricular activities during my University days, I would like to let you know that balancing these two is not easy. You have to understand your priorities. You have to know think of a wider picture of which comes first, however recreational or extracurricular activities are great it actually boost your mental and emotional health and you will be able to do your things properly without any mental stress. This helped me a lot and motivated me when I was studying, I excelled more on my studies when I was doing my other activities on the side. Good luck!
All the best!

The biggest thing for me in balancing classes and extracurriculars is planning ahead. It's important to really have a schedule for a week. Personally, I use google calendar to plan my week ahead of time with my classes and extracurriculars and bother my friends a week or 5 days ahead about hanging out. It's so tough to manage school, work, friends, and fun, but if you can plan ahead, you can definitely make it work. Make sure to prioritize rest as well, because if you aren't sleeping and eating right, then you may not be able to juggle all the events you have in the week.
