That answer will vary. The best place to search for colleges/universities that will best fit YOU is at College Board's Big Future (https://bigfuture.collegeboard.org). You can search by college and majors, like you have listed (https://bigfuture.collegeboard.org/explore-careers/college-majors). You can also look up colleges that have your major (https://bigfuture.collegeboard.org/find-colleges/how-to-find-your-college-fit/college-search-step-by-step).

I would be leary of just Googling "best colleges for" your major. Many times, those college pay organizations to "rank" them as the best. So those are subjective and not objective sources.

Go with reputable sources like US News and World Reports best of lists.

I hope this is helpful.

Richard’s Answer

Any colleg will prepare you to for medical school and residency where you become a great physician. I chose state university for college and medical school to save money. If you want to pursue a research career in academic medicine you might consider an elite private school like Harvard, John Hopkins or Stanford.
