Gamification works for me when introducing information to my team. Turning the content into a game makes the interaction engaging. I've used <span style="color: rgb(93, 103, 106);">Power Point to deliver content like a game of Jeopardy . </span>The template can always be edited for different topics later.

Game show tunes can be used to lighten the interaction and keep everyone participating.
