Being in the renewable energy sector, energy is a very interesting industry in this century with the modern global sustainable challenges: global warming. Being a solar panel engineer, you would design, fabricate and in some cases install/supervise installation or can be solar sales engineer. You would need to have background in engineering preferably in Electrical Engineering or similar field that will explain to you the theory of electricity and will allow you to apply the knowledge.
