As an Architect, do they offer any types of benefits, including travel?

My name is Christa and I am 19 years old. I am looking to see what type of job would most fit me and my skills. I want to know more about the routine of a Landscape Architect to have more or less of an idea of what it might be like. #architecture #architect

Hi Christa, That totally depends on the client you are working for and the type of role you are playing in the team.

In my career I have seen 90% of the Architect travelling for official purposes and they manage to find some time off to enjoy the place they visit post official work.

Architects do get stock option benefits etc but that depends from organisation to organisation you are working for.

I work as an Accountant Specialist for a Landscape Architecture firm in Downtown Los Angeles. Depending on your status/years of experience (Principal, Associate, Project Designer, etc. [administration as well]) there are tiers of what will be qualified for such has more PTO accruals. However, there are benefits that all full time employees qualify for which is medical, 401k retirement, life insurance, dental, and vision.
