Are there any websites/articles I should keep up with to know more about your job?

I’m a senior at Brennan high school interested in biomedical engineering. Currently enrolled in robotics 2 and various science courses.

I would also do some research of exactly what you want to work in. Is it medical devices, biologics, tissue, etc. Find out who the market leaders are and look into seeing if you can do a co-op program or internship. I did a design engineering rotation for an orthopedic company and learned it wasn't for me. I shifted my major aiming for more process or quality for the manufacturing of medical devices. It was a better fit.

For robotics, I would look into two directions. One, robotics, and automation in manufacturing. Second, robotic guided surgery. It's the next big step for medical devices in general.
