What aspects of being an engineer do you find most challenging?

The Challenging as well as Rewarding aspect is " Learning Never Stops".

One has to continue to keep adding new skills to differentiate from the rest, read as "HEalthy Competition"

Every Year more and more new bright and Smart people graduate, one has to continue gaining " Experience + Skills"

The challenging aspect of engineering is keeping up with the new technology and methods of doing things. What I like best about engineering is learning new technology and solving problems.
