yes!! You'll have alot of doubts like take me for example i thought i was good at guest relations but i ended up becoming a pastry chef at the end of it you choose where your heart goes, but at the end its not easy you have to work hard to achieve your goals and succeed in what you want to make your career n name
but at the end you'll realise all the hardwork paid off well n you'll be proud of yourself

Lenard’s Answer
I always loved cooking. I knew I wanted to be working in the food industry so I worked hard and saved money and went to a culinary school. I figured since I was paying for my education that I would study hard and get good grades. After graduating with honors I started out making $8 dollars an hour as a line cook in Anaheim for a restaurant located on the Disneyland property. Although it was very hard work for little pay I loved it and I still love cooking to this day. I have worked my may up and am now a Director of Culinary Research and Development. Kind of lofty title but I am still just a cook making food. I have never doubted my decision and choices and feel very lucky to be able to do something I love for a living.

You have to be ready to sacrifice a lot of personal time. The food industry is so rewarding but also very very VERY time consuming. You have to really love people and have a passion and drive for food to be a part of the culinary industry. You’ll never work a day in your life if you love food and people.
Thanks for the answer!
