Hi Ashiq,
I'm not aware of any specific ones to guide you to but I would highly recommend reaching out to agencies in your local area and see if they have any available spots. You should be able to put together a list from Google and then reach out either via LinkedIn or via email with a cover letter explaining your interest and skills. Given the difficulties at the moment, I think that there will be less hiring this Summer than in other years but you should still be able to find some agencies who would love to have an interested and enthusiastic intern to help them.

I would recommend checking LinkedIn, Handshake, Glassdoor, Indeed, and AngelList to start. You can filter it for architecture and internships, I have zero doubts that you'll get results.
If you find that isn't possible for you at this time, look for online certifications you could obtain! It's always a good step in the right direction when other things aren't working out.

The Los Angeles area has various architecture schools to choose from, so you have a few options for summer career exploration programs.
The Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc) has a summer program for high school students called Design Immersion Days.
Other schools with summer architecture programs for HS students in the region are USC, UCLA, and Woodbury.

Ashiq,
Summer internships for high schoolers are difficult to find. These are usually reserved for someone with at least a couple of years of college classes completed. I would recommend you look for full or part time work in a design-related business instead. Look at showrooms that sell doors and windows, fabric, flooring, furniture, paint, etc. Working in a large building supply or home store is another option
Would also suggest you contact architecture and/or interior design firms and see if you can set-up a shadowing program with them. Ask them if you can shadow (follow) one or more of their employees for a week to see what they do. They may not want to do it for a full week, but see if they will. This would give you a much better idea whether you want to work in architecture or interior design, what size firm you would feel comfortable in and whether you would like to work on the commercial or residential area. Do this with more than one office to see the variety available.
Usually FIDM in Los Angeles and San Francisco has a Signature Summer Program. This is the college that I work for. They have over 30+ creative majors and Interior Design is one of them. You would choose one of the areas of interest for (9) days of workshops. This year due to the Covid-19 outbreak, these events are cancelled.
Check the AIA (America Institute of Architects) and ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) to see what summer options may be available in your area.
If your local community college offers summer courses in these areas, register for an introductory or software course. Both of these majors rely heavily on both hand and computer-aided drawing. If your hand drawing skills aren't well developed, sign-up for an art class. Any art and drawing software programs that you could learn like AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop or Sketchup would be very helpful to you for future too.
Good luck with your future endeavors!
