I think they are great choices. When you start making games, you'll be able to add to your foundational knowledge.

It's an amazing combo. The more diverse your background the better you will be at relevant critical thinking required for whatever future job in the field you end up finding. It's also a great way to figure out which angle is your personal favorite. If you have the bandwidth it's a great idea.

yes, go for it if you can manage the workload.
Dual majors can be hard and at times frustrating if you don't space the subjects out well and the difficult ones pile up along with each other.
Else the other option could be:
Pick the more generic one 1st and maybe get some work experience with it and learn more and see what works better for you, and then do a Master's in the same or other related discipline when you are more certain what you want to do.
