Cristin’s Answer
I'm a recruiter and a program manager and I think my greatest skills are being able to understand people's intent and their motivations while putting them at ease. I use a lot of self-deprecating humor to make them feel comfortable and once they relax we can have a "real" conversation. For the program manager piece, I can see a large project or goal and then break it down into smaller bite-sized goals so that it doesn't become overwhelming and I can tackle it in small chunks. I'm also adaptable so when working with smaller goals I can shift direction when needed so I don't lose all the effort and work I've been doing along the way.

My ability to network and be authentic has been my biggest strength. Although this is not a "hard skill", it definitely has taken me a long time to work on. To network with people who are in your "dream job" takes a lot of confidence.

Blake’s Answer
Communication and care for people. I communicate often about most things, no matter how important I think that they are (which can be annoying to some people, I won't lie). My team is the most important thing to me by far. I let them know often how important they are to me and every decision I make is what's in their best interest.
