Luciano’s Answer

Dear Jessica,
The values can vary a lot depending on the country, the experience and the company that hires you.

I would tell you that a beginner can start with as little as USD 12,000 per year, but can evolve with his experience and people management to much greater gains throughout his career, reaching up to USD 60,000, per year, or more.

John’s Answer

Do a search on Glassdoor. Average does not mean much. You are unique. In every field, the best 10% makes much more than average that makes average essentially meaningless.
