Rixin’s Answer

I have been working as a mechanical engineer for more than 10 years in companies and have a master degree of Mechanical Engineering from University of Akron. In my past projects, I have demonstrated my abilities to complete major and complex assignments with internal and external customers and vendors. My regular use and familiarity of ANSI/ASME, DIN and JIS technical standards give me the ability to read and understand design requirement. I am practicing in the application of Geometric Dimension and Tolerance, knowledge of advanced analytical techniques and correlation methodologies for analysis/test based results, understanding of quality tools such as DFSS, FMEA etc. Additionally, I have designed temperature control units, heavy truck wash system, mobile equipment, power supply system, industrial computer, fittings, pumps and customer wash system by myself and understand the process involved in manufacturing (including Sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, casting, welding, stamping, extrusion). I am also familiar with the use of some software, including the current release of AutoCAD, Solidworks, Smart team, Pro/Engineer, Catia, Inventor, Abaqus and Matlab.
