Subir Singh’s Answer

I am a fan of the approach to try new things and see how/if it works. With business and technology merging so much, there will be room to experiment with new ideas and new ways to get work done. Companies love efficiency but are sometimes afraid to take risks and experiment when there are potentially millions of dollars on the line. Don't be afraid to take the lead and create the experiment you want in a controlled way and see what happens. You have to learn to be the advocate for what you think is valuable and worth trying. And don't get discouraged if you hear "no" a lot or if the experiment doesn't work. It doesn't matter how many times you fall down; what matters is getting up and trying again. Also, I think creating Facebook is an example of an experiment; take from that what you will. :)
