How many years of college do you need to become a Social Worker?

My sister has been a social worker for over 10 years. She has a bachelors degree in Social Work, that took her 4 years. Most people can get a Bachelors in between 3-5 years, it just depends on how many classes you take at a time.

In order to be a social worker you need 4 years of college which equals to a Bachelors degree. Also you will need to complete some years volunteering.
