is there any jobs as mechanics that pay more and includes art work in it?
I'm Tony and I would love to be a mechanic because my dad got me into working with vehicles and since I love to draw he suggested putting my art work on to the vehicles I fix and I want to get into more details into being a mechanic. #work #arts

Hey Tony, I think being a mechanic is a form of art on its own. As long as you are good at what you do then you should not have a problem finding work or customers or getting paid what you are worth. Now, since you mentioned "pay" I would say the realm of being able to work on electric cars will offer the highest pay for mechanics as well as high demand. I have seen in many cases where people will want an electric motor in an old school car but not too many people can do this. The rise of electric car will yield more demand for mechanics to work on them.
Sometimes art can be separate from your means to make money. Depending on which is more important to you should determine which path to take. What can't hurt, is good knowledge around business. I think having a good understanding of how to start and run a business offers the ability to pursue your interests as well as your passion.

Restoration and, Hot Rod & Custom Workshops combine mechanics and art all the time. Look at garages/designers like Orange County Choppers (of American Chopper Fame), Chip Foose, Boyd Coddington etc. They make beautiful machines and appreciation for people who can do this is growing internationally.
