Charles M’s Answer

Gargadharan,

I am concerned about what I think you are asking. "Which corse easy to study. for future life"

I'm not sure I know exactly what you are trying to ask, so I will make a a guess. I think you are asking, "what are easy courses to take to be prepared for a good career?"

Let me differentiate between two meanings of the word "easy".

There is 'easy' as in, it is fun and enjoyable, but might take a lot of time and require a bunch of concentrated effort.
Then there is easy, as the easy way, the short cut, getting something for less time and effort.

If you are hoping for the shortcut, spending less time and effort on your studies so you can spend more time on fun stuff, you will not get what you are hoping for. When I got my Master's degree, I did it as a working professional, and I found that I was not learning nearly what I should have because I was not spending as much time as I should be. This has really hurt me. I have observed teenagers spend lots of time on videos and computer games, and little time concentrating on studies, and when they are working on studies, they are not concentrating very deeply, and this hurts their learning and their ability to succeed in college and at their career. The individual I'm thinking about dropped out of college and got a job doing assembly and testing.

There is a technique that can make learning fun and enjoyable. It takes time and energy to stay concentrating, but it will pay off in that you will learn the material well and be better prepared for your future. It is called Accelerated Learning. Basically, the idea is that you create your own study materials. The action of creating helps you to learn the material better. It also uses several different ways of creating, seeing, hearing, and touching. You also have eight different inteligences and if you use two or three methods that are suited to your different intelligences, for the same topic, you will have reviewed the material three times with your different senses and different intelligences. and you will remember it better.

Look up Accelerated Learning on the internet and write down what you learn about the different techniques. Work on applying them in your studies. Ask your teachers what they know about Accelerated Learning and learn what you can from them about how to do it. Also look up the Pomodoro Technique for how much time to study and how much time to take a break and rest your brain.

Spaced repetition will also help you remember the material. Learn it. Then learn it again the next day. Then go over the material again in three days and again in a week and every week thereafter.

Yes, this will take a lot of time and effort to concentrate, but it will pay off in your future life.

Rachel’s Answer

It's helpful to take higher-level classes in Sociology, Psychology, and Human Development. Definitely take at least two or more 2000+ level courses in these subjects. You will learn about society and how it functions in a way that may be harmful to our student and how to combat social constructions and become more aware of them. This will make you a better teacher in the long run and having and understanding of sociology as a whole will make you a better person, help you understand your students and connect with them. Studying psychology and human development will help you learn about the way people learn (and therefore you will learn how to best teach your students). Depending on the phase of life adolescents and children are in, they learn differently, and their brain works differently as well. It is essential to have an understanding of this prior to becoming an educator. It will also help you to connect with students, parents, and families. Human Development and Family Studies will also allow you to become more culturally aware of students and families that come from different backgrounds; this will allow you to unlearn implicit biases and recognize them in yourself and others (and therefore, grow from them). Overall, these three fields of study are absolutely essential when pursuing teaching. Taking the time to take 2 or more classes in each of these subjects will help you become the best teacher you can possibly be. Other than these, the more obvious answer is take as many classes as possible in the subject-area you want to teach AND take education courses.
