My sister is doing her 12th with Biology, but she don't want to be a doctor. She want to do Engineering. So can She do?

The real answer is to be supportive of whatever higher education subject your sister wants to pursue. Those that follow their passions are far more likely to be successful in their chosen fields than those who were forced.
