Hello Austin,
If you like building things then there are so many careers that you can target.
It sounds that you like a hands on approach to solving problems and this is a valuable skill.
Some careers are mechanical engineering and structural engineering. If you want to create
things that improve the spaces that humans inhabit then you may want to
consider architecture.
Think about the problems that exist in our daily living like
access to fresh water or
crowded cities.
Keep a sketch book and write or draw your solutions.

Write or draw your ideas.
Look at your ideas after a week to see if you get other ideas. Write them down.

It's great that you are already thinking about what you would like to do in your career! My advice to you would be that it is possible to go into college without knowing exactly which career you'd like to pursue. I was trying to decide between 2 different careers towards the end of high school so rather than choose one over the other, I made sure I chose a major that could allow me to keep the door open to both. I didn't decide which career I wanted until sophomore year of college so you still have plenty of time to discover your passions and interests if you'd like! For now, keep asking questions and exploring your options! There are a ton of online resources that can link you from favorite subjects to interesting majors and then finally to exciting careers!
Some examples of majors to check out based on your interests: architecture, civil engineering, mechanical engineering
