It depends on what you do and where do you work and the level of contribution you made.
Also it depends on the geographical locations. Since you're in Tamilnadu, I recommend Technology is the good option.

If you are just looking for a generic answer - finance, medicine, IT, law, engineering - all areas have great range of income potential.
That being said, you have examples from many lines of work - professional athletes, artists, musicians, pilots, psychologists, plumbers, architects, chefs etc that all have amazing earning potential as well if done well at a high skill level. The point being yes any traditional 'white-collar' profession may have a breadth of what may seem like 'stable' income options but that ultimately you will excel at making income and benefits when you are passionate about the type of work you do, and care about being an expert in your craft.
