How everyone, I did Economics, Statistics, Business studies and Geography at Advanced level. I want your help on which degree program is good for me to do at tertiary level. I'm thinking to do Actuarial science degree or risk management and Insurance degree. Are my subjects I did at A level enough and good for me to do Actuarial science

I'm a hard worker and able to work under pressure.
I'm good at programming using python language. I'm also good at using Microsoft excel, word and PowerPoint.

Hi Mind. If you’re considering becoming an actuary, you probably want to know the courses you’ll be required to take in college or university in order to get a job. Essentially, the subjects you’ll need to be an actuary are: Calculus, Algebra, Statistics, Probability, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Business and Actuarial Science.

You already seem to be proficient at Economics, Statistics and Business studies so I think that you would be a great candidate to be Actuarial science student. If you're interested, it is definitely a field worth exploring.

Good luck!
