As John Vu stated Aerospace Engineering is probably a good start along with a good health and athletic abilities.

For Becoming a Astronaut first Ph d specialization in any required Technical field and also you should have Flying Experience in Fighter combat jets So People who have Experienced large amount G- force are Mainly Selected For Astronauts
