I have a few suggestions below for you to consider :
1. You can study aboard for your entire tertiary education. However, you need to identify the colleges and their entry requirements. They may need TOFEL and/or SAT minimum requirement. On the other hand, you may need to have sufficient financial support on this.
2. Be an exchange student - You can go to study abroad for a few month to one year subject to the requirement. You can explore more information online.
3. Working holiday - Some countries offer yourster opportunities to work and explore in their country from a few month to one year.
For all of the above, I recommend you do more research online and find out what best suits you. However, there may be lesser opportunities now due to pandemic.
Hope this helps! Good Luck!
