Are there any intern opportunities could be offered over seas. I completed my career in electrical engineering(Industrial Electronics). In my country there is been down fall and there are no opportunities and I can't graduate because I am required to do an internship for one year but nothing is promising. Thinking about taking another career.

Hi Paeke,

My advice would be to setup a LinkedIn account. Be sure to fill out all details including your skills and past experience.

Follow all pages and people in similar areas of engineering to help broaden your network and get regular news updates on opportunities.

Then I suggest your reach out to different companies in locations that you like to see if they have any job offerings open and how you would go about applying.

I hope this helps and best of luck!

Hi Paeke,

If 2020/21 has taught us anything it's how effectively we can work remotely. Covid-19 has seen employers embrace remote working and work from home at an unprecedented rate and it is breaking down geographical barriers to work. Employers who were previously skeptical about remote working have seen the value in it and are teaching their managers to lead remote teams and measure work in new ways.
I encourage you to apply to those companies who are seeking/advertising internships and ask if they would be open to a remote internship. If your skillset is a match and you show the energy and aptitude to make it work, you can still be a strong candidate.

Best of luck with your search. Don't give up.
