Hi Ratul - Here is an excellent resource I found which should help you on your journey to explore a career in UI/UX/Design: https://blog.prototypr.io/9-steps-how-to-become-a-ux-ui-designer-if-you-do-not-have-a-work-experience-and-a-degree-15c488824c81
Hi Gonzalo, although this link is useful, leaving a URL as an answer isn't the most helpful response. Try summarizing the information from the site or explain why the student might find it helpful

Since you are still in college, you should definitely enroll in some graphics design and front-end programming courses!
Outside of school I would recommend building your own site from scratch end to end, such as designing the layout as well as programming the UI aspect such as CSS and Javascript. (It doesn't have to be fancy) You definitely want to explore some of the industrial standard frameworks for those. Front end programming moves very fast so you should keep your knowledge up to date with the technology. UX is more about design - it's important to have an eye for art appreciation and maybe some knowledge in psychology in terms of human behavior and capturing interests quickly. Be sure to browse your favorite sites and dissecting their placement of links and information, navigation, and various focal points.
You can check out some courses on Coursera, Udemy, Linkedin Learn for free (Trials) or youtube. There are so many good resources online but be sure to spend good amount of time exploring and trying this on your own.
Good luck!
