Will I be able to take a masters degree even if im just a fresh grad and dont have a license in architecture yet?

Yes, you can proceed with your masters degree as long as you meet the requirements of the proposed institution, which mostly is a second class honors, upper division, and a portfolio of your undergraduate degree projects, alongside other things.
An Architectural licence is not a requirement to proceed for a masters degree in any institution, it is a requirement for the practice of the profession.

At most universities, in order to take a master's level course you must have credits from level courses that meet the requirements. Typically, by you're 3rd or 4th year of undergrad (if you plan carefully), you can have enough credits to take a master's level course without being enrolled in the master's program. However, they don't count toward a master's degree unless you are enrolled as a post-grad student.
