Berkeley, San Diego, LA, Davis, Irvine, Santa Barbara, Santa Cruz, Riverside, Merced would be my ordering. You can find publication based ranking here - http://csrankings.org/#/index?all&us . You can select different specializations to find different rankings. I would note that absolute rank is not very meaningful. Top 5 vs Top 6-15, Top 16-30 is somewhat more meaningful.

All UCs are ranked really well so to be honest you can’t go wrong with any of them. Cal Poly and UC Berkeley however seemed to be “ranked” the highest for that major. Whatever college you choose, just make sure you gain experience along the way because that is what really matters. Employers aren’t really comparing schools as much as they are comparing what you can do for them and how well you can do it. Good luck!
