Paul’s Answer

The culinary arts is a very high paced environment. It is also a high stress environment it is one of the few Careers where perfection or close perfection everyday. I am not a baker so that may be different but if your in a resturant they are always busy.

William’s Answer

Zariah,

As Chef Paul said the culinary field is fast paced and stressful. I would say the only divine timing in the culinary world is I needed it 5 minutes ago!

Frank’s Answer

It is usually very fast paced. If you go towards baking & pastry its a tad bit slower as you're not rushing the cooking process, but still fast paced in getting everything measured & ready.

If you take your time you will slow down an entire kitchen & that can get frustrating.
