School social workers are in high demand! I addition to a Bachelor's degree, many school districts will require a Master's Degree in social work.

Great question! Social workers provide vital services of all kinds to their clients and communities. While there are many paths to becoming a social worker, classes that would be beneficial include those in psychology and public health. These will teach some of the strongest foundational concepts that will be built upon in social work-specific courses and trainings in the future if that is the route you choose to take.
