Hey Freddie!
Thank you for asking!
My day is going pretty great, If I do say so myself.
In my freetime, I really love listening to music, watching movies or shows, hanging out with loved ones and friends, and I hate to say it but also feeding into what I like to call a tiktok addiction.
I do love what I do. With being an Artist, my schedule and productivity might not look like what someone with a 9-5 job might look like. I think that because of that, I sometimes feel like I may not be putting in enough hours. However after reminding myself that I set my own schedule and pace I am starting to accept and appreciate that I am doing what works very well for myself, while also having a lot of fun in the process.
I think that I recommend finding something that you absolutely love doing, and to remember that you only need to live up to your own standards and what works best for you. I would also say to continue having fun and don't let your inner child get away from you, especially in a society that heavily relies on survival.
I hope you find a good work-life balance and remember to find some joy each day! Its okay not to take life so seriously but just remember to do the work that needs to get done.

Hello Freddie, thank you for your question. Your question is what my co-workers and I would consider to be loaded, I call it that because I have been trained to look at the positive side of the question/situation no matter what is. For example, my day was fine I didn't get as much done as I would like to, but I did make some progress. What I really look forward to is decorating my home for fall it's very relaxing that's one of my go to tool's I use to deal with stress. Best of luck

Hey Freddie!
My day is awesome. Thanks for asking.
In my free time, I like to paint, write, draw, hike, talk with friends, play, dance, smell flowers, meditate, do yoga, laugh....and be curious about life!
I love my job - which is really my chosen career. I am a writer, artist, and philosopher. I am currently getting my Ph.D. in Wisdom Studies - which means I've traveled the world learning from doctors, shamans, tribes-people, storytellers, artists, writers, and healers.
I am writing a middle-grade novel as well as finishing my Ph.D. classes. I love it all!
How can you follow in my footsteps? You can't. They're mine and fit my feet perfectly.
But, you can follow in your own footsteps. How?
Find out what your passion is about...
To do this...go inward. It's not out there somewhere. It's inside of you. What will make your life worth living, fun, exciting, and able to connect with others is to know yourself and what you love to do, love to watch, look at, engage with, and so on.
How do you get to know yourself?
I use meditation.
I sit quietly and listen to my inner thoughts, allowing them to go anywhere and just notice where they go.
I ask myself questions like:
What do I love to do?
What am I attracted to in others?
Where do I want to live?
Who makes me feel good when I'm around them?
What am I good at naturally?
Why do people come to me for anything?
I start to get answers....and then I research and see if I like what my inner self is saying.
My inner self loves to create.
I love art.
I love writing.
I love reading.
I followed myself, and now I am a writer.
I love it.
But I followed myself, not someone else's footsteps.
So....do the work to get to know yourself. Ask yourself questions.
And then listen to the answer no matter how weird, wild, or crazy they may seem.
Your inner self knows you best.
Good Luck in finding your passion!
Go play in the world.
There's so much to discover.

Thank you for your question. This is a question on time management.
Apart from work, I would allocate for doing exercise, rest, family and friends gathering, leisure as well.
Below is my usual approach :
1. I use Microsoft Outlook to manage my schedule
2. Apart from daily office work, I would assign some time for exercise and ensure I have sufficient time for taking rest
3. On weekends, I assign some time for my family and friends gathering and leisure, e.g. watching movies, hiking, etc.
4. I would not fill up my schedule completely. I keep some time for relax and some 'me' for reflection and relax.
Hope this helps! Good Luck!
