Pretty much everyone answered your question, there are many opportunities available to learn the craft but let me mention just one more that hasn't been posed. You can learn to be an underwater welder in the Navy, it's not something I tried myself but I did meet and work with them. When you're young you have the option to make an adventure out of finding yourself. Good luck, and have fun.

In addition to the resources mentioned previously, here are a few others you can try:
Look at your local community college. Some community colleges offer trade programs either for credit or through workforce development.
Visit the website of the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER). They have a locator tool to find accredited trade programs near you (https://www.nccer.org/get-involved/individuals-seeking-training/partner-center/#/training)
Look for programs that may be offered through local chapters of construction industry associations. Some, like the Associated Builders & Contractors, offer training and apprenticeship programs.

Well...where do you live? Try searching online for something like "Welding trade school near me". Or if you don't mind moving to a new city, something like "best welding trade school".
Thank you for giving me advice.
