Hello Jonas,
Estimating the Daily Training Capacity
To gauge the daily training capacity, we need to consider several influencing factors such as the nature of the training, the length of each training session, the trainers' availability, and the resources we have. Without specific details, it's tough to provide an exact figure. Nevertheless, I can offer a broad perspective based on typical situations.
Training Nature: The kind of training being offered significantly affects the daily training capacity. For instance, hands-on technical training might necessitate smaller groups for effective learning, while lecture-based training could cater to larger groups.
Training Duration: The duration of each training session is another key determinant. Shorter sessions could enable training multiple groups in a day, whereas longer sessions might restrict the number of groups that can be trained.
Trainers' Availability: The availability and proficiency of trainers are crucial. If there are several competent trainers at hand, it's possible to train more people either simultaneously or in back-to-back sessions throughout the day.
Resources: The availability of resources like training materials, equipment, and facilities can also influence the daily training capacity. Adequate resources are vital to ensure effective training for all participants.
In summary, the daily training capacity can fluctuate based on the factors mentioned above. To provide a more precise estimate, we would need specific details about the training program.

Hey Jonas,
I agree with Hassan's answer. You could also potentially look into group sessions if you are looking to increase the amount of people per day that you would like to train. Hopefully this helps!

That will really depend on your endurance and client roster as well as location. Some trainers do 30 min sessions and if you worked 10hrs than in theory you could do 20 sessions. Most trainers do 1hr sessions and so you'd only do 10 a day.
Practically, it maybe tough to find clients during 8-5 work hours and many trainers only have clients 7-9am and 5-7pm. It will also depend on the gym you work for. If you're independent and train people at home then you'll be limited by how long it takes you to go from place to place.
You should expect that it will take several months to build a steady clientele to be able to earn a decent living. Many trainers have 2nd or more jobs to make a living. From what I've seen many trainers move to higher paying steadier jobs after a few years.
