As has been mentioned here, internships are a great way to get your first step into a company. An internship can even lead to a referral to hire! If you do get an internship, take the opportunity to get to know others you work with. A willingness to learn is one of the key qualities I look for, as a manager, when hiring new folks.

Make connections - you can also look for local meetups in the fields you're interested and start going as much as you can. Sometimes these meetups will have a way to indicate that you're looking for a job as well.

Lastly, just keep applying, don't give up. While you wait to hear back from places you'd like to work, practice interview questions. You can generally find interview questions if you search online with the field you're interested in, for example "project manager interview questions". Practice with a friend or family if you can, or you can record yourself answering a listen back to see how you did and how you think you might be able to improve. When you get the opportunity to interview, try to understand the company you're interviewing for and come up with some reasons you'd like to work there. Make sure to have some questions for your interviewer.

You don't prepare for an interview on the day of the interview. So you don't start look for a job when you graduate.

Become productive by learning a skill in line with what you want to be doing in future.

Look for opportunities where you can volunteer and learn more. Your best bet in getting a job is through connections and good grades. And connections doesn't come when you graduate but while you are in school.

Finally, look for internship opportunities and leverage on them. All the very best.

Hello! Doing internships is a great way to stand out from the crowd. Internships show an employer that you have knowledge of their field, plus the skills and experiences that you gained during the internship. You can also meet people that may be able to help you when you are searching for a full-time job.

Talk with people who are doing the job that you would like to do. You can find people through your school's alumni database, through clubs and organizations and through people that you already know. Knowing people in the field will provide valuable networking contacts. This is very important, as many times someone who gets a job has been referred by someone else.

Join any clubs or organizations in your field of interest. Through them you can learn about the industry you are considering and also meet people.

Don't forget to work with your career advisor/guidance counselor to make sure that you have a great resume and that you know how to successfully interview. You want to make sure that you are highlighting all of the great skills that you have!

All of these things will make you stand out from everyone else.

Hello!

I'd focus on working hard to improve your experience. For example, volunteering, internship, extra curriculum activities. Do something that is meaningful, that helps your community. I would say that learning a new language is really good, specially if you plan to work internationally or in a global organization.
