Are you looking for questions to ask us, questions to ask during a job interview, or something else? If you could narrow it down, I suspect you would get better answers. If you are looking for questions to post here, there's one that I always like, regardless of the career:
"What is something about being a chef that you wish you had known before getting into this line of work, something nobody ever talks about?"
I have never been a chef, and know nothing about it. But this sort of question will let you know things like, "I work really hard to get the meals right for the customers, yet it's the waitresses who are making all the good money with the high tips they get."
