How are you, Michael? If there is no website or page, the first thing to do is to visit the company and enquire about who and when to send the resume the cover letter to. There you can ask for the human resources manager and talk to him about all your worries. In case they direct you to somebody in the company then go to him. He is surely the right person to help then!
Good luck!

A rule of thumb when interested in applying with a company with no website is to visit the location or call. If you visit the location, drop off a copy of your resume with cover letter to the company receptionist. They normally will forward it to the HR department. Someone from HR should reach out to the communication you provided if they are interested. The second option is to call. Speak with someone in the HR department. They normally will provide an email address or a fax number you can send you resume and cover letter. I hope this answers your question. Good luck.

Now with so many resources online, it is not difficult to find the name or positions of the people you need to send your resume. You can start in GOOGLE, then LINKEDIN and many others. But if you cannot find the information online, you can always send a cover letter with your resume to the company's address (like many of us did it before the Internet) and address it to the Recruiting Manager, Office Manager or to the Human Resources Department.

Merry Christmas!

You can look up employees of the company on Linkedin and likely you will find a recruiter or HR employee you can connect with directly.

Hello - I would agree LinkedIn in the place to go! Search for company recruiters and even for leaders in the department you are interested in, connect with them and send them your resume. In addition to that, always make sure your work experience is updated on your profile and you should set your LinkedIn profile status to "Open to Work" to market yourself better.
