Kamari, I think you may be looking too far ahead. It is premature to buy clippers, and you're still evaluating the career area. Questions to consider would be what you see in your community for barbers. Are there long lines of customers, or are barbers frequently without customers? In most communities, there is a shortage of barbers, so that is probably good news. Also, you will be standing all day with your arms held up. That can be tiring. You will also need to learn business skills, as most barbers eventually own their own shop and all the skills there, such as bookkeeping, taxes, licenses, etc. become part of the job. Have you also investigated hair styling? Younger men are more likely to be open to something new, and that could help you in your business. All the best.
