Quick answer based on one's experience in a company or job or role, one can get into more responsibilities and salary year over year.
Also, you will get opportunity to change the jobs for promotion within the company or outside.
Salary depends upon the relevant experience, role and company, for example small company starting salary might be 2-3 laks per year for fresher and where as Google/Apple/Amazon pay 10-20 laks etc..
In career one can choose be on technical side and move up on ladder or choose management side to move up in ladder. Usually it takes 2-3 years to go into role if you perform well and company has opportunities...it can take more years to get an opportunity to be promoted in a company.
Salary increases more with promotion than regular annual increased. Changing jobs and working for top 500 companies one can able to earn more salary than normal promotions.
very simplistic view of technical career path. It varies a lot based specifics on which technology you are into, company and business domain.

For freshers its starts from approx. 2LPA to 20LPA. It can be more on exceptional cases. It grows as they grow and the company grows.

Companies like Meta, Apple, and Amazon offer great packages for people with 1-2 years of experience. Instead of focusing on the salary, think about the skills you can bring to the table:
1) How quickly can you create a program or algorithm?
2) Have you considered all the possible conditions (like if-else logic/cases) in the program you're working on?
3) Can you effectively explain the code you've written?
4) How do you present your ideas to clients and persuade them about the advantages and disadvantages?
Developing these skills can help you land a job at Meta, Apple, or Amazon, and from there, the sky's the limit! 😊 Good luck!
