how much do cement make?

like how long you have to be working to get a higher raise? or will I be working for the union/?

Thank you comment icon Hi, Alijah. I don't do concrete/cement. However, in most jobs you start as a beginner and wages increase as your knowledge increases. You might look into trade schools which offer a huge variety of trades and start you up a little higher in the wage ladder. Good Luck!! Julie Sullivan, RN, MSN

You will usualky get a raise on the anniversary of employment deting one years from start date. Unless you get bonuses and incentives for certain worksites and and contracts. It always helpo to continue traeining in various area of your trade and joining your logale union labor team is also a great way to increase pay. And pay is basei on experienve and bidding/negotiating with your forman and or contractor and site manager.
