Yes! I'm no scientist, but it is proven that our immediate personal space (where we live or spend enough time), not only reflects our personality, but it also reflects our moment. If you're having a bad couple of days, your place will be a mess.
Even cleaning up, reorganizing or buying a new piece for your space can literally lift your mood!
Organized people have organized spaces and vice versa.

Which makes interior design an art, but also a health conversation.

Hi! I'm a graphic designer and also an illustrator and painter. For me, making art is very much like meditation. I get into a zen like state when I'm working - similar to what people call "being in the zone."
