Is interior design therapy for some of you?
Designing is art and art is very therapeutic for me.

Yes! I'm no scientist, but it is proven that our immediate personal space (where we live or spend enough time), not only reflects our personality, but it also reflects our moment. If you're having a bad couple of days, your place will be a mess.
Even cleaning up, reorganizing or buying a new piece for your space can literally lift your mood!
Organized people have organized spaces and vice versa.
Which makes interior design an art, but also a health conversation.

Hi! I'm a graphic designer and also an illustrator and painter. For me, making art is very much like meditation. I get into a zen like state when I'm working - similar to what people call "being in the zone."
