What is it like to be a theology teacher?

What is it like to be a Catholic Highschool Theology Teacher? I am thinking about going into theology but i am not sure what is the best way to reach that goal.

Being a theology teacher can be a very rewarding experience. It is a chance to share your knowledge and passion for the subject with students and to help them understand and appreciate the importance of faith and religion in their lives. It can also be a challenging job, as you must be able to explain complex concepts in a way that is understandable and engaging to students. Additionally, you must be able to answer difficult questions and provide guidance to students who may be struggling with their faith.

You will want to love the subject matter and really understand it because the reward is when you create openings for students. Example helping them think differently and asking the right questions. When they apply what they have learned in their daily lives. that is where the magic is. This is for any academic topic. What make this particular topic different is that you are not only looking at the mind but most importantly you are looking at the soul. So many people have lost that aspect of their lives. If you can revive that in your future students it is all worth it.
