Success can be measured on many levels. Some attribute it to financial but others attribute it to doing a great job and helping others. As you proceed with your journey in your job once chosen, it will become clear to you what you value and you will enjoy what you do everyday.

Success in a job can look like a variety of things. I would say being happy, doing what you love, the money, and working with others who honestly care about you and treat you respectfully. Being trained and performing your job to the best ability can also deem you successful.

Its a very hard thing to define it as success can be measured in any number of different ways depending on the person and what they believe makes them successful if you find monetary success fulfilling then you may find your success in a paycheck or you can find it in career development or promotions or almost everything else. But the key will be finding what brings you the feeling of success and working towards it.
