How does the Karma system work?
The karma system on career village is confusing to me, how does it works, is it like a rewards system where you can receive prizes for reaching a certain amount, how do I get more?

I doubt they ever tell us the details, but I feel strongly that it is dependent to a large degree on quality questions that generate interest among those of us present. The site is focused on interaction of ideas, so when you do that, you're fostering discussion and ideas. That isn't the reality in detail, but it's my perception. Good questions generate good answers, so it's all uphill from there.
