it is definitely possible! I am not so sure how the culinary arts curriculum works, but basically there are a certain amount of classes you must take. Usually your school has a example of 4 year schedule for a major that one follows in order to graduate on time (4 years). However there are a couple of ways to accelerate that process.
1) You could take more classes per semester
2) You could extra classes over the summer period

Both options are good ways to accelerate your graduation. Typically you need 120 credit hours to graduate, which averages out to 15 credits a semester if you plan to graduate in 4 years. In order to graduate in 3 years you would need to take 40 credits a year or 20 per semester. This is only 5 credits more than average a semester to graduate a year early.

Also keep in mind that if you take more credits per semester you will be working a harder with more classes, but usually there is no extra costs involved when taking more credits during a semester. On the flip side if you decide to take summer courses and keep your school semester schedule as is, then the benefit is that you will have more time to focus on classes while not overloading your schedule but you will be paying for another semester worths of tuition in order to take summer classes.

So its up to you how you go about doing it, but these are your typical options for graduating early.
