Ethar - I would be able to better answer this question if I knew what you wanted to learn more about. But courses in finance/accounting/business management are all very beneficial, regardless of what your eventual job is. Also, if there are courses that teach you life skills like investing, community building, money management, etc.
Lastly, and I'm sure you know this, but most companies are using AI to "review" resumes or applications for employment. So, in order to get into interviews you'll want/need to customize your resume for each company - ensuring that whatever key words they have put into the job description are also in your resume. That way the AI will pick it up and you'll have a better chance of getting that interview.
Good luck!

Khartoum is a major city and I am sure there are many international companies that have presence in your city.
Review their websites and find out what skills they are looking for if it is not Agricultural Engineering.
I spent my entire career(40 years) in the software industry and I may be bias but you cannot go wrong if you acquire software background.

Ethar, I recommend you begin by determining your desired path, which might be related to your initial profession, such as environmental fields or possibly managing agricultural businesses. Once you've made a decision on your preferred direction, you can focus on obtaining a certificate that holds local or global significance. Best of luck to you!
